Diving licence and information site?

what is a site that you can find everything you need to know about diving and getting diving license in florida because my sister is 11 and she wants to take a class and get diving license but she needs to know what to do

If you mean Scuba diving, try:

That will give you your info, and a close place to get your certification.

If you mean diving, as in the Olympics, you need a trainer, and not a licence.   :)

i think you can find by your closets high school. high schools have pools, and i think the coach knows more.
