Diving question... ?

Im watching the olympic diving now & im wondering how they deal with water going up their nose. When i dive in the pool on holiday it goes up my nose and up to my head and really hurts?

ive never had to plug my nose.............. i just got used to it when i was little and it didnt hurt

The divers at the Olympics go in head first, so they're not likely to get water up their noses.  But you simply exhale as you go in the water.

i dive and i thought the same thing. But you blow your nose, and you get used to it soon enough

you blow out your nose just as you hit the water

also, some wear nose plugs...

u blow out of ur nose most of the time water does not get up ur nose or u could also  wear a nose plug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
