What does Court appearance form and civil court appearance, family sent on mean in a divorce??

I was suppose to be Divorce yesterday, and I went on line at home to check it out and I found this??

Do I have to worry the Divorce didn't go through?????

Is the Judge requesting we now show up in court????

allow a couple of days for the judgement to be recorded, someone has to change the records and it isn't the judge or lawyers.
