Divorce Question in State of CA?

Question

Husband and WIfe going through a divorce. If both agreed that there will be no community assets to declare do we still need to fill out all of our assets? I would not think so since it is going to be resolved between the Husband and Wife and not through the courts. It has been decided that wife is not taking anything and will be moving back to her home country. Thanks in advance.

I am stuck at form FL 140 Declaration of Disclosure - not sure if we have to fill it out.

Dude sorry about your divorce but.... Make sure you fill out everything as their is no such thing as an amicable divorce.  Also try to make sure that you fill everything out correctly.  Try Legal Zoom . com it's cheap and they can help you.  Spend a little money on your behalf and you'll be better prepared just in case something come's up on your ex's side.. good luck
