Divorce decree not passed. divorce order passed.?

Is is importent to have divorce decree to remarry? or should i get divorce decree? appeal time counts from dt of divorce order or date of decree? What is the difference between these two?

I am not very sure about your country, but in Singapore, it is 100% illegal to have more than 1 wife. For a person who wants to marry again, the first thing the Registry of Marriage Officer will ask before she can proceed would be for the divorce papers. Then, she can proceed to carry out with the marriage procedures as per normal.
