Dixies Air supposed to finish first in Standard (Duplicated)
On the card of Coral.Co.Uk Standard (Duplicated), which is going to take place on March 29 at Hove racecourse, Dixies Air looks to be the most prominent fighter having higher chances to finish first in the high-stakes Open Race.
For the prize money of £150, the M. Wallis-trained black dog will compete against Forest Hero, Mays Rocknroller, Sakara Star, Farloe Mysterio and Droopys Vito.
The mega marathon of 515m Flat distance is scheduled to commence at 21:56 (GMT). Though each of the above five hounds owns immense talent but Dixies Air is confident to outplay all in order to add one more glaring feat to his success-studded career chart.
The two-year-old young hound possesses an excellent track record. After winning a couple of consecutive races during November 2011, he went on to bag another big victory in the month of December.
The son of Head Bound out of Hondo On Air also earned two runner-up ranks in a row during December. The dashing dog moved forward to accomplish two back-to-back triumphs again in the first month of 2012.
The talented hound finished third in his last outing on March 21. He has been a consistent performer throughout his career.
Dixies Air will surely show a decent run in tonight’s competition. He has more than 90 percent chances to stand first.
But the hot favourite dog’s march towards victory is not going to be smooth as some of his rivals like Sakara Star and Droopys Vito are likely to pose him some tough challenges.
Sakara Star won four races in a row during October 2011. The talented black dog moved forward to achieve three consecutive runner-up positions in the very next month. His last victory came on November 24. Like Dixies Air, he also finished third in his last
start on March 21.
