  1. Could be several things and some of them could one day be serious. You really should ask a doctor.

  2. Dizzyiness is like itching.  The real problem could be related to hundreds of different things.  Chronic dizzyness is not normal and you should have it checked out.  Considering your age, some common POSSIBLE reasons might be...

    -Blood pressure changes during puberty

    -Inner ear infections

    -Taking new medications

    -Changes in your eyeglass prescription

    -Thyroid gland problems

    -Lack of sleep

-Inadequate hydration (not drinking enough water)

    -Kidney problems

Some rarer reasons (but things your doctor should rule out regardless)...

-Meneire's Disease (inflammation of bones in middle ear)

    -Nervous System degenerative conditions

    -Diabetes

    -Tumors

    -Spinal cord injuries

    -Head trauma
