Dizzy While Running?

lately i've been getting dizzy and nauseous on my runs. i drink a lot of water, so i'm well hydrated, but i still get dizzy. is there anything i can do to get this to stop?

  1. your probably running too hard then. Try jogging and take lots of rest until ur sure your up to it. However dizzy could mean anything and if you think ur doing something wrong them stop. Such as : not getting enough sleep, not eating enough, not breathing enough, not drinking enough water, not resting enough, doing too many sports, takeing too many meds, eating to much junk food ect.


  2. Maybe your breathing wrong.Try taking two quick breaths in through your nose and blowing it out through your mouth.Do you have asthma?Has it been hot during your runs? Try running at the coolest parts of the day.
