Question:

Dizzy all the time? What could be wrong?

Okay so for a while i've been getting really dizzy to the point were i fall over or have to sit down really quick. It happens at least a couple times a week, and sometimes i go a week or two without it happening. and i'm just wondering what this is?

    I'd go to the doctor.

  3. It could be an inner ear problem called vertigo there is a med called antivert that is real good for dizziness,but then it could be a lot of things, for every person that has answered you has had a different opinion,so see it could be a lot of things,need to go get it checked out.

  4. I had this exact problem.

    I went to the doctor, who like usual, did absolutely nothing for me. So I did my own thing. I really think that I was feeling so dizzy and nauseous from lack of "routine". So that's what I changed. I went to bed around the same time and woke up around the same time. I became more active and also drastically changed what I was putting into me body. I stopped drinking (I wasn't suppose to be anyways), I quit smoking, and cut that fatty c**p out of my diet. The changes were dramatic.

    I truly believe that lifestyle has a lot to do with mental and physical wellness.
