Dizzy spells when bending over or crouching?

I have had some dizzy spells lately when i raise back up from bending over or when i get up from crouching down.I was at the DR a few days ago they said y blood pressure is fine its never been high.I started taking zantac can it cause it? Iam not sure if its normal or should I see a DR. what are causes?

  2. Lots of things could cause it, if you do it too fast, it can cause a head rush, it could also be sinuses or inner ear problems. I have problems with labrynthitis which is an inner ear disease and the same thing happens to me.

    You should talk to your doctor because there are many things that can cause it.

    It may be something that is minor, maybe not.Who's to say

  3. Dizzy Spells can be caused by being anemic, or being low on iron. Lots of women are anemic around the time their cycle starts because of blood loss. Thats one reason I know of.

  4. This could be an inner ear infection of some kind, which can cause vertigo (dizziness).  Did they look in your ears?  I think you should see a doctor for this. It's probably nothing serious, but it's very important to get it checked out. They have medication (meclazine) to help with the dizziness, but it can make you tired, if this turns out to be your problem.  Good luck.
