  1. It is called "postural Hypotension"(not Hypertension). When you stand up fast or sit up from a lying position your blood pressure drops. This can happen to just about anybody, but older people or people on Blood pressure lowering drugs have to be especially careful. It is not your brain or brain damage. You could faint, though it is not that likely. But be careful when you get up fast, just in case. Sometimes it takes a second or two after you get up when it hits you. You should maybe talk to a Doctor about it, if it happens very often. I'm not a Doctor but if you take any medication, etc. that could have an effect, too.

  2. I had the same problem. I went to a neurologist about it and he just said when you get up the heart rate fluctuates and just takes a split second later to get the blood to your brain. No damage at all, it just causes lightheaded-ness and dizziness. You'll be fine.

  3. Sounds like you need to get your blood pressure checked. It's probably nothing to worry about, it happens to us all some times. But just be safe and get it checked anyway.

  4. it sounds like you might be off balance due to you're ear, look into it i forgot the name for it.
