Djokovic feeling well now?

"I feel good..." said the serb after cruising through to the third round at Rome..I guess the antibiotics worked.

"I'm still on antibiotics. I don't feel 100 percent," he said ,prior to his Rome campaign. "I've requested a Wednesday start and I hopefully I'll recover and be ready."

oh yea if today's performance (second set bagel) was any sign, boy has recovered..lets just hope he doesn't catch a cold by the time the semi finals or championship match gets underway. That wouldn't do him any good..infact any future retirements won't look good, especially this season.

  1. I wonder if his camp has mentioned to him that the world thinks he's a faker!!! I imagine his mommy shields him from anything negative, cuz it might bruise his ego...and heaven only knows..that might cause him to "retire" (my word is quit) in a first set.

  2. Incase your not aware he defeated murray and querrey also last tourney and gave them a bagel each in 1 set. So the bagel means nothing.

  3. Everyone will bring sore throat bonbons to the game to make sure, then he has something to suck on.

  4. Check my question out.  You bet I agree with your observation on Joke-a-*****

  5. lol nothing was ever wrong with him..haha

  6. yeah. it really won't. he's retired enough and everyone thinks he's faking.

  7. yeah.. good performance so far!

  8. Well of course he's feeling better.  That's what antibiotics do.  And that just proves his illness was legitimate.  Unlike Federer's "mono".  At least Djokovic had the intelligence to retire when he wasn't feeling well, instead of continuing to play and putting his health at further risk.
