The former Russian captain believes that Capello’s possible Russian Premier League arrival would help to increase the viewership of Russian football.
Fabio Capello is believed to be close to following the footsteps of famous Dutch coach, Ruud Gullit, and the Italian tactician, Luciano Spalletti, to the Russian Premier League. Anzhi Makhachkala are offering the former England
boss an instant return to management after his shock resignation from England national team coaching earlier this week.
News in Russia suggests that the former Juventus manager is considering a decent offer from mega-rich Russian club, who are reportedly interested in his services. Anzhi deputy president, German Chistyakov, has also confirmed that
they are expecting a possible change in management.
“There will be changes in the club staff. We have serious reasons for those changes.” Chistyakov said.
If speculations are to be believed, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-Carlos-c31317 has personally met with Capello to flare up the deal, offering him a lucrative salary with bonuses.
Capello will now succeed, if the potential move takes place, Yuri Krasnozhan at the helm. Krasnozhan, who joined the Dagestani club barely two months ago, would be offered a senior management role at Makhachkala stadium.
Alenichev has now backed Capello to join the Dagestani club despite that fact that a move to the Russian top division could prove to be another managerial failure for Capello.
“It's hard to say anything, because the appointment of Capello has not happened. I have worked with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fabio-c13152 before, so it's good to know that he is likely to come.
“With regards to the resignation of Krasnozhan, It's hard to comment on something. The arrival of Capello will certainly inflame interest in our championship and could be regarded as a big plus.” The UEFA Champions League winner
was quoted as saying.
Alenichev went on to praise Krasnozhan, revealing that the 48-year-old coach is as good as any other Russian specialist at the moment.
However, while Capello’s transfer is already in the mix, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 has expressed his desire to work under the current Real Madrid boss, Jose Mourinho.
“I have told Mourinho that Anzhi are waiting for him with open arms.” Carlos said.
