Lokomotiv Moscow striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dmitri-Sychev-c11421, is of the opinion that the Parovozy are ready to take on SK Sturm Graz in the UEFA Europa League group stage despite their 2-1 Russian Premier League defeat against Zenit St. Petersburg.
The Red-Greens suffered their third league defeat since the start of the second round in Russian top division, and they have now fallen down to sixth spot on the league table. Sychev lamented the Parovozy defence, revealing that
the Moscow-based club need to improve defensively.
The former Spartak Moscow forward has been phenomenal for the Russian outfit in Europe, scoring three goals in four appearances. However, the Russian striker refused to rest on his laurels and highlighted team work behind his performance.
The 28-year-old, who last scored a brace against AEK Athens in the European competition, revealed that the Russian outfit is playing well in Europe but they are lacking confidence domestically at the moment.
Speaking on the upcoming group stage match, the Russian hit-man revealed that Lokomotiv managed to get a fantastic result against the Austrian team, the last time these two met in the Europa League.
