i had failed a behind the wheel test cause i stopped at a stop sign and i was about to continue and a kid ran across the street so i stopped. but the instructer marked me down as havin to intervene and he was being an a*****e about it. and so at the end of the test i out of anger said that i should have ran over that kid. and he said he was gonna report me to the department of safety vehicles? i think. my question is that if there really is such a department. and if it has anythign to do why i keep receiving this message when im tryin to make another appointment online

"Sorry

You are ineligible to make a behind-the-wheel driving test appointment online. For additional information, please call 1-800-777-0133."

i asked around and some ppl say that he's just tryin to scare me. what do you guys think?

  1. There is DOT Deparment of transportation but i think you should get a nother appointment dot is for bigger c**p though

  2. Well, if you want a license, you have to play by their rules.  So call the number, grovel, and tell them it was due to the stress of the moment.  Don't tick off the evaluator.   It's his ball and he can take it and go home, leaving you without a license.

Get your license, and keep the nasty comments to yourself until you get out of hearing....  You can complain about it to your buddies over pizza.  This is one of those times where even if you win, you lose.

    Wish it were different..
