Yes they can bite.  But, since it's so young it won't be a very hard bite to make you bleed.  They are usually not mean hard bites at that age.  Now lots of people think a bird is going to bite them when they reach for you with their beak first.  They are just reaching with their beak to grab hold before moving their body to where they are going.  And young birds are often exploring their new world using their beaks for lack of hands.  This is a good age to stop them from biting hard before they should start.
