Do 'Bloodgood' Maple trees make seeds?

My neighbor has a Bloodgood maple tree, I was wondering if they made seeds. They're really nice and would love to see one in my yard. And how would I go about getting and planting the seeds?

They look like normal maple seeds only smaller. As kids we called these helicopters.
