Do Adidas spikes sizings vary to Nike?

I find myself fitting a size 12 UK in Nike's, but was wanting to get a pair of Adidas's aswell to train in - but am unsure of what size to get, because often they vary between brands.

Does anyone know how much or which way they vary? Thanks.

Often the sizes in shoes will vary from location to location, that is where the shoe was made, not the brand.

You need to try on shoes to make sure they will fit correctly.
