if by aliens u mean complex forms of life like us or like those things that u see in sci-fi movies, i should say it is very very unlikely but still possible because existence of a favorable environment like earth has a very very little chance. but since here on earth u find forms of bacteria that can survive the harshest environments, then there are possible forms of simple living organisms on other planets.
