The legal age limit here in California to work without a permit is 16 years of age. Many of my friends work at different places and they are under 16. Do only certain places offer jobs to people under 16 or is it offered everywhere?

  1. It's offered in very few places, especially since more and more adults are in need of jobs. One of my friends had a job when she was 15 and then tried convincing everyone else that they were lazy losers who could easily find work at any age. The truth is that plenty of places won't even consider you if you're below 18, and most require you to be 16.

  2. No. Ive been trying to get a job where i live but in most places you have to be at least 18.

  3. Nope, i'm a law student and i still work as a district manager for a c corp.

We will not hire anyone below 21.
