Do American University fees cost more to international students?

I live in London and want to study in America and was wondering if the fees charged are a lot more than Americans would be charged.

You would be charged higher fees at public colleges and the same fees at private colleges.

A very few US Universities have need-blind admissions policies for foreign students. Wikipedia does have a list of those Universities but it omits the excellent Duke University NC which must rate as one of the world's top educational establishments.

If you are really top class - probably in the top 1-2% of applicants, your education will be expenses paid at one of these Universities.

Yes, it costs heaps more, sometimes more than double, but they have programs that defray some of those costs.  Check this fee schedule.
