Do American Value or Respect Indian ?.?

I think they don't respect Migrants. However, Migrants are always qualified.

we filipinos respect whatever color you are. as long as you aint doin' ish to others. but still, forgive. besides, we all are sinners.

Depends on the situation and the individual.  I do not respect illegal immigrants.  If someone decides to learn english and apply for a green card or whatever and get accepted, they deserve respect.  I respect Indians... their ancestors were here first.  If they go around being disrespectful, then they lose their respect, simple as that.  We did not kill their ancestors... our ancestors did... we should not be to blame.
