The fact that you are asking this question proves that you don't live in America or the western world at all for that matter. There are biased laws against men. Women have special privileges not to mention the obvious double standards prevalent in today's society. Yes they do have more rights than men but apparently only those with a brain can see it.

Not just America. Women in Western society have rights and special privileges that men don't even have.

No they don't have more rights than men, but they do have more rights than they used to have. Perhaps the fact that men and women's rights (and responsibilities) have equalized under the law makes it appear to you that women have more rights.
