Its the second time in a row that a Miss USA falls in the evening gown part at the Miss Universe Beauty Peagent. Is there a problem with american genetics, or maybe she was just dumb. 10 Points For Best Answer!

The problem is, she's gotten so thin, her bones are like sticks, and her muscles are spaghetti, so they can no longer support any weight, even if it is only about 90 pounds.

And also yes, most Americans try to walk like pimps, (walk like they have an umbrella in their pants) so that may be part of the problem.

And hey, she may be just trying to get more attention. Those crazy pageant people!
