I am just thinking that about six months ago it was all global warming, then it was food crisis, now its Georgia, Georgia, and credit crunch, credit crunch... can't people just focus?

  1. Don't book Americans and British in the same light.  We Americans like the British like our own brothers and sisters.  But I don't think they return the favor.  It would really p**s off the British to be booked with Americans.  So in the future, make the distinction.  Plus, they don't know a whole lot about us and our history, although they claim to.

  2. Oh yeah.  But it's difficult to keep concentrating on one thing when you're getting deluged.

  3. LOL, Bob M!  Just checked your profile and best answers and see you are just as unobessed as most of us with concentration on specific answers and questions.  We do attract the reactionary percentage which may be misleading because they shout louder, but do you only grant attention to US and UK sources because your eMail and news sources are limited to English only or are you just being provincial in your searches?  Expand your universe for one and discover that you have much in common with the average Muslim, Asian, Hispanic, UK and N/A Ya subscriber than you dared to suspect.  Have fun, I do.

  4. that would be boring..and they actually would have to do something..bah!

  5. But, there is a food crisis, and there is a war in Georgia, and homes are being repossessed by the dozen - are you saying we should ignore all others and just think of one thing at a time?  You gotta multi-task baby!
