Do Aquafresh White Trays hurt or make your teeth sensitive?

I'm thinking about getting Aquafresh White Trays but I'm wondering if they hurt like other tooth whitening products do or if they make your teeth really sensitive. Anyone who's used them, I'd like to know how they worked for you and what was your experience with them. Thanks!
