Do Asians have higher IQs than white people? I think they do.

Some Asians are white. Some Europeans are Asian.  Some Asians are European. Some Americans are Asian.  Some Asians are American. Are you saying white Asians in Asia are smarter than white Americans/Europeans in America/Europe. Well, some are and some aren't. Einstein was Jewish but European that lived in America.  So, do we need to add religion into the mix or not?

No, Asians are not any smarter than white people.  The advantage they have is the attention lavished on them while they are children, and the expectations of their family to do well, and study hard in school.  

For the most part Asian families are very "together."  They live multi-generationally.  They own businesses together, example would be a small strip mall, mom & grandma run the laundry mat, papa runs the convience & gas station, oldest sister, and granpa run the video store...all three businesses attached to each other.  All three run by the same family.  The weath stays in the family, and is handed down tot he next generation.  Children recieve a great deal of attention, since there are so many adults about.  Children grow up with the expectations they will contribute to the family, and help the family to prosper.  This leads to the whole better grades thing.

Constructualist Sociological theory states that biologically all humans are the same and race is something CONSTRUCTED and given significance by man.  Humans create categories of people to oppress groups and make other groups wealthy.  

With that said IQ tests usually favor the people who write the tests.  Whites usually do good on IQ tests because often white testmakers include questions that ask about caucasian culture.  Fair? No. But about as fair as your question.

G has a partially correct answer.  IQ is not static, and a good work ethic, combined with a wide range of activities over the course of any given day does increase your IQ!

Asians generally have a better work ethic, or at least that is western society's perception, and if it be true, then it certainly helps maximise their potential.  Anyone can tap into this though.
