Do Assistants to professions qualify for H1B visa?

Hi, i am just wondering if like assistants, to jobs that qualify for h1b visas, would also qualify?

such as a nurse assistant, accountant assistant etc

anyone know?

Probably not,but it would depend on the nature of the job. H1bs are for skilled work, defined under the law as a position that requires a university degree or the equivalent in training and experience.  And if they could show that this was applicable for the position, then you would need to prove that you have the necessary training and experience.
