    Singapore: $735,000

    Malaysia: $300,000

    Greece: $290,000 and a job in the civil service for life

    Kazakhstan: $250,000

    Phillipines: $220,000

    China: $117,000 ($37,000 from government, $80,000 from business)

    United States: $25,000

    Canada: $19,000
