Do Australians need a Visa if they are visiting Brussels for 3 days?

I have a spousal visa and Im able to live & Work in the UK, but im going to Brussels with my Mum who is over here on a Tourist Visa...do we both need a Visa to get into Brussels?

  2. No, visas tend only to be needed if you plan to work in the country you are a guest in.  Hense they are often known as work permits.

  3. No Visa. If you have already a VISA in UK you can go anywhere in Europe. if your mmm will stay in UE less than 90 days no problem also for her

  4. no you do not need them you will enjoy Brussels and go to Gent 40 Min's away on the train fab country and fab people enjoy your hot fresh waffle's with fresh cream and the chocolate have a brilliant time

  6. You need a valid Aus passport, that's valid for atleast 6 months.  Visa not necessary for Aus citizens for stays of 3 months or less.

    Wouldn't recommend making a habit of questioning Visa requirements on Yahoo.answers - better off looking at the DFAT website:
