Do Bikinis Help the Ladies play volleyball better?

I am not sure I really care about the game but I do enjoy the happy endings!

uh i dont think it helps them to play better. All i know is that thats their 'dress code'. Its like a uniform.

The Olympic rules dictate what the players wear. The rules as stated right now state that female beach volleyball players should wear bikini bottoms no wider than 7 cm (2.76 inches) at the hip.

I know they have great bodies!  However the bikini doesn't actually help them play better, it is just what they are most comfortable in.  It is the least restricting.  When you play beach volleyball...you are on a beach and everyone knows girls want to get a great tan too!

I believe there are rules for max clothing allowed for women in beach volleyball.  In other words their bottoms can't be too long and are basically forced to wear them

I think the volleyball governing body decided they needed more appeal to grow the sport??
