  1. It can.  NCL has its own coverage, but you'll pay extra. We are cruising Alaska and AT&T says it will be local coverage


  2. I went to Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel on NCL Spirit. My AT&T bill was 400.00 for 7 days!!! That is only for port charges. NCL has it's own network so when you are aboard ship those are separate charges and charged to your account. Yes it works.
