capitals already own the two most productive russians, so we're slowly rebuilding the USSR, In DC.

Yes, I want the B's to become even better. We have a great team in place which just needs a little bit of tweaking. Experience is what got us this year but our guys now know what it takes to be a contender.

Can't wait to get Patrice and Chuck back into the lineup for the upcoming year. Patrice is awesome and the team really needs him.

i live in boston, and while i am not a bruins fan, i haven't heard anything like that.  i don't think bruins fans are that stupid to want to be good as one of the best hockey teams in the history of the game.

did you hear this from someone?  or read it somewhere?  i'm interested in learning what gave you this idea.

Where did this question come from? USSR? 1980? The Bruins are a good team, and nobody here wants them to be a world-wide powerhouse.  It's unrealistic.

They made the playoffs without Patrice Bergeron.  Pushed a 7-game series without one of their top goal scorers in Chuck Kobasew.  Their younger players have gained another year of experience in the league.  Glen Murray is on his way out (we should just buy his contract out).  Tuukka Rask could be in a B's uniform this season and between the pipes as our starter (8th top NHL prospect).

There are a lot of good things that came out of this season.  If we can acquire a true goal scorer, I would be disapointed without a 2nd round of playoffs from this team.  The management isn't too cheap, there's a salary cap in place so that teams can't spend that much anymore, and they went out and gave big money to Savvy and Big Z to show that they are willing to pay.

Its about time the Bruins turn it around and make this city a 4 sport contender for a championship.  There is no better time than now to be a Boston sports fan.

I am personally a diehard bruins fan, now... i want the Bruins to be excellent and win the stanley cup once again but i dont want to compare them to a countries national team, it would be nice but people know in Boston that Bruins need a little more work if there gonna win again, Bruins need some big names to add to the roster and under there current management its not gonna happen boss is too cheap.
