Do British passport holders get discounted tuition fees on Universities and colleges?

I would like to know if British Passport holders / British citizens get discounted tuition fees on universities and colleges, and if so, how big of a percentage is this discount? (dont know the correct term, sorry)

  2. No. Simply holding a British passport is not enough. You actually have to be a resident of Britain, and to have been there for three years prior to applying.

  3. Yes, british passport holder pay half of what international passport holders pay. If we pay 10 they will pay 5 ! Its about the half or even less than that !!! these retards still dont study lol
