American food is probably the best in the world. I'm sure it beats Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian or any other food BY A MILE.

Do you guys like our food?

  1. I'm laughing my a%$ off at the guy who said he found American food bland. English food is known the world over for being tasteless c**p. You can find American restaurants all over the world, but how about a British restaurant? Didn't think so.

We are a melting pot here and our food reflects that. I'm from the South and Southern/Soul food is loved all over the country. Tex-Mex food is awesome and while it has a strong Mexican influence, it originates in Texas and the Southwest and it is anything but bland. Cajun food, again, certainly not bland, \I could go on and on.

The problem is the Brits don't know what REAL American food is, they think it's KFC and McDonald's. So you are asking them a question they are honestly unable to answer. It's the same for us Americans- we eat Americanized Chinese and Mexican food when it barely resembles the real thing.

Our food is certainly not world class cuisine, but it's still a d**n sight better than English food. And yes, I have been to UK and tried it for myself.
