Do British universites accept the SAT or do I have to take the GSCE?

I'm a high school freshman and I really want to immigrate to England when I'm done with school to become an OB/GYN. I take AP and Honors classes and my GPA is a 3.0. But do British unis accept the SAT or do I have to find some way to take the GSCE? Where would I be able to take it? Do they offer it in America?

If you go on a university's website (one you like) and click an undergraduate course it will tell you what the entry requirements are. They should have international qualifications too and if not you can always email them and find out.
