Do CFL lights fade animation cel artwork?

I'm considering buying a CFL light for my bedroom to save electricity, but I heard that they can fade some types of paintings and prints. I have an animation cel framed on my wall, and I do not want to allow it to fade.

I wouldn't chance it myself, unless its not shining directly at it
