Do Canadian Embassies abroad treat people unfairly?

I feel as if this has become a major problem for Canadian embassies discriminating people.

Has anyone faced this problem?

  1. I would say yes..but we cant generalize because often its not the whole embassy but rather a few individual.I feel they have a very hard job in a few minutes they must decide of the person they are interviewing qualifies for the visa they are applying for,if they are likely to overstay or be a possible terrorist.I have seen people being treated very unfairly and unfriendly at Canadian embassies but as a whole I feel Canadians are very friendly.

FYI often the people who are treating others unfairly at the embassy are not Canadians but rather local diplomats given a job at the Canadian embassy

    Best of luck!
