Do Candians have the right to bare arms? If so what are the restrictions to the type of arms?

Bare arms, or bear arms? I don't think there is a law in the Western world prohibiting people from pushing up their sleeves!

I have seen Canadians wearing short sleeve shirts--even in winter.  Some Canadian women do have very nice arms, I must say.  Others have to shave or wax unfortunately.

I'm a Canadian, and I'm not sure what you talking about.  when you say bare arms, as in firearms?
