Do Celestial (Pacific) Parrotlets get along with budgies?

i was planning on getting one should i place it with my parakeets 2 the cage is 1 foot 9 inches long and 1 foot 7 inchs wide

  1. it is best not to put different species together unless it is in a very big aviary.


  2. That's a rather small cage just for one bird, much less multiple.

    And like the person above me said, it's best not to introduce species to eachother unless there's a ton of room.

  4. parrotlets are very, very , very , very aggressive against other birds...even bigger ones like budgies. They even can be aggressive toward each other. They are fiesty, high strung birds with "little dog" syndrome. We have some that will bite at our eclectus's! And parrotlets are bitbulls of the bird world...when they latch on they are hard to get off. I would seriously consider buying it it's own cage. I breed parrotlet mutations- for as little as they are they have huge attitudes!
