Do Color Contacts Really Stain Your Eyes?

Funny, I've worn contacts for about 15 years and never heard that one.  I've read all the precautions and have never had a problem.  Stain your eyes???   Do you think the FDA would approve a product that caused staining or at the very least require a giant warning label?  Believe your Doctor, not rumors.

I've never heard of such a thing.  I wore colored contacts for years (blue and teal/green) before having laser surgery.  I never had a problem.  They were just like regular contacts.
