Do Convicted Criminals Make Any $ Off Of Their Crimes Afterward?

For those people that become sort of like "celebrities" or famous for their misdeeds, do they see any money from their book/movie deals or when their image and likeness is used on posters, magazines, t-shirts... what have you?

No they don't. There is a law that makes it illegal for any criminal to make any kind of profit for his crimes. Any money that is earned by books or movies will alot of times go to the victims of the crime or their family
