Do County Courts have to present defendants documents in format their respective State Supreme Court has set?

County Court in MO gave me a document typed in Times New Roman Font 10 as set by the MO Supreme Court except on one line stating when the document expires they attempted to cross out a date and write one above the date already typed. Since the hand written in date is not in the correct format the MO Supreme Court set for legal documents, and the date typed in first is, which date is the date to go by? Does the hand written date actually ever become apart of the document, since it was never incorporated in the typed document just added on like a footnote with no explanation as to what it means?

  1. You are leaving out important details.

    1. What is the document in question?

    2. What does your attorney tell you?

The second answer is far more important than the first.
