  1. As every mammal, they have a hot blood level, the optimal core of a dolphin internal temperature goes from 34 to 37 ºC, in waters that vary between 0º and 32º C, according to the place where they live.

  2. Wow.  I've worked on doing autopsies on dead whales, and I've taken all kinds of samples, but I can't ever remember doing any blood typing.  I'm sure the information you seek exists, but I couldn't tell you where.

  3. All animals have blood types, but they are different than humans (sometimes more complex, sometimes less). Blood types are just the antigens attached to a red blood cell. For instance, cats only have two - A and B. AB rarely pops up and can result in the death of the kitten when the antibodies in mom's milk attack those in the kitten's red blood cells. Dogs have six types (DEA types).

Info on dolphins is probably available in research periodicals and journal articles. CRC Handbook of Marine Mammal Medicine might have some info. There probably isn't a lot of random info on it because (unlike cats and dogs and cows) transfusions aren't as common and the general public probably doesn't care. I'm an Oceanography grad student and I don't even have a clue.

Sorry to be of no help.
