Do Ducks fly? (Excluding Indian Running ducks)

Yes, I know that this is a REALLY weird question, but this really weird girl that I know is adamant that Ducks do not fly. She says that they are the wrong shape and, 'just don't fly'. Well, we've been having this argument for 2 weeks now, and I am determined to prove her wrong. I know that Indian Running ducks don't fly, so please don't bring that into it. I am going to give the best answer to the one that wins the argument. PLEASE HELP US!

I think your friend may be confusing ducks and pigs. Pigs definitely don't fly.
