Do Embassies & Consulates warn people planning to visit the U. S. that water contains hydrofluosilicic acid?

Some people are are sensitive to water containing fertilizer plant chimney scrubber waste and become ill.

No one will be able to find a cause and will probably just give you a glass of the same water causing the problem and some pills.
