Do English Colleges Have lectures like they do in the US?

Do they have s*x in the UK Colleges and do they have campuses and all that.

english colleges have lectures, but we dont have staged seating as much (not in my university anyway).

We dont have that rediculous fraternity nonsense, and most students live in halls in the first year (very unromantic) and then in rented houses from then on (still unromantic). I dont know if the s*x thing is the same, but students do get drunk in nightclubs a lot.
