    I hope shes not watching

    princess x

  5. I don't, and I wouldn't take a bullet for her. At least dubbya won his position as the result of a democratic process.

  6. Im english, and i dont love her.

  7. Some do, some don't.

It seems to me that most people don't like Prince Charles (the heir apparent).

  8. bunch of pompous **** hole get rid as soon as pos...up the republic....

  9. yes! I'm a true brit and think the queens great! i love the fact that we have royalty.

  10. shes c**p,send her back to Germany

  11. Well they respect her. So I'm sure they do.

  12. i think some people do like her, some just respect because they have to,don't think many would take a bullet for her i wouldn't.

  13. I don't love her.

She just sits in her palace dossing all day, counting her money.

  14. I like her =)

Most people on here don't though =(

  15. i think that there is alot of respect for her she has had to contend with alot with her husband and kids but for the most part BRITISH people i think do admire and respect her

  16. No i dont love her.

Royality nowadays IS just a novelty.

Its too bad that when you express this to a royalhead, they get there pants in a bunch. The same people who are more patriotic to the queen than there own country! Some people!

  17. There are bodyguards and vests to take the bulets, with respect for the bodyguards.

Time will tell, what still comes out in scandals.

  18. I do love the Queen, and I hope that the royalty will never cease to exist because if it does then the UK will be just the as other countries.

  19. I am English and I greatly resent the over privileged leeches on society known as the royal family.  They are a waste of space.

  20. From what I've seen posted here, and read in reputable sources, some people like her and some people don't.Author Tina Brown,in her book The Diana Chronicles says that after the failure of republicanism by Cromwell, there never really has been a serious appetite for getting rid of the monarchy. But others say modernizations should be made, and others still say do away with it.

I hope the monarchy stays, but with modernizations. And I am an American who would not take a bullet for Bush.Just because someone likes the monarchy means that they are brainwashed;perhaps such people have a fine appreciation for history and want what is a good to remain, what needs fixing be fixed, and what is bad to be done away with. But people's opinions on what is good and what isn't do not always agree.

  21. The English people do like their Queen because it is what the have known for centuries. They love her because of what she gives them for freedom wise. Some people probably not believe in royalty and what they are doing on the throne. But the Queen has been through hardships and get the people out of them and they will stick with her.

  22. Interesting question indeed. My husband is British and he loves the Queen and respects her.I´m Spanish,we´ve got a monarchy as well, but I´m republican. So we can´t talk about this subject at home.

Plus he was a member of the Welsh Guards so...

  23. daveygod, once again you are treading a thin line between truth and untruth. His first election was hardly democratic. It was all down to Florida and from somewhere ballots were found.Who,I hear people ask,is the governor of that state?None other than Jeb Bush, the presidents brother.I am not implying for one minute that there was anything underhand but,MILLIONS of americans did.

I do not love the Queen but,I do respect and admire her for her long reign and the hard work she has done and continues to do.How many other 83 year olds work a full day or would want to even if they could?

  24. I hate her.

She costs me 66p a year too much.

I could have given that to charity instead to an inbred old b*tch.

  25. i don't like the queen she costs people 64p a year imagine how much that will add up to in a persons lifetime. The royals are not as well-respected and loved as they used to be and people(including me) are starting to get annoyed with them. They live in luxury because they happen to be born into a rich and privileged family so they have no idea of what it is like to be a commoner. some of them are in the top ten good looking royals in the world or something like thata but to tell you the truth they are really ugly! the two princes look horrible and beatrice looks sleepy half the time.

who is crazy enough to take a bullet for a woman who has nothing better to do than drink tea and eat scones and refer to herself in the third person

  26. I don't exactly love the Queen - but I respect her and all the work she does - in her 80s, and still working pretty much full time.

I do love the hundreds of years of history and cluture that comes with the Royal Family.

  27. i like having a royal family instead of prime minister , it presents a sense of elegency about things and makes us speaical as the americans thinks its gr8 we got a royal family! thats why the trips to london

  28. Only the die hard royalists love the Queen the rest of us see them for what they are..A publicly subsidised embarrassment, a head of state that is unaccountable to the electorate who live an extraordinarily luxurious lifestyle at the expense of the taxpayer

  29. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD TAKE A BULLET FOR PRESIDENT BUSH?  ARE YOU KIDDING - EVERYONE WE KNOW WOULD RUN FOR COVER.

Love her - no, respect her - possibly.

The queen had absolutely no clue on raising kids.  Instead of an attentive, loving, hands-on-mom - she let others do the job. I think Charles is an in-bred as well..

The monarchy itself was so self-absorbed and out of touch until Princess Diana saved their destiny.  She gave fresh blood into the royal family.   She brought a breath of fresh air and reality.  The entire world loved her.

She had to be gotten rid of because of her generosity towards the sick and ill and her independent thinking  and selflessness overshadowed the pompus royal family and showed them how selfish they are all.

Their only hope is to have Prince William become King.  He has the love and compassion for us "little people".  Diana was a true caring, loving and nurturing mom and didn't give a hoot if the Queen didn't like it.

William - get married already and kick your dad to the curb and get your country united together.

  30. I think most people in the UK respect/love the Queen, she is a good figurehead for the UK.  Its her hangers on that are a problem, also the money that has to be paid in taxes to keep her.  When anything happens to the Queen, then all the peoples taxes should stop, the Queen is reported (in the newspapers) to have 320 million in the bank.  Hey I do not have anything like that in my bank account.  I have great respect/love for the Queen but she cannot have my money all the time.

  31. well i'm scottish

(no , not british , not english , scottish)

and i say ft queen !!

royality is getting beyond a joke , definetly novelty !
