All DNA of the human sort arose from the horn of Africa, if that is what you mean.  The indo-European races, AKA the Japhethites, arose in the area around Armenia, and went to the Indus river valley and also north.

They are common with Hamites and Shemites, in the sense of common ancestry.  However, Europeans did not "descend" from desert tribes.  

You will find many Ashkenazi Jewish people are definitely Middle eastern (from Israel about 2000 years ago) who look very European, though.  And, of course, the Middle Eastern people are "white" in skin color.  You can't judge DNA just by looking at people, and most people are not pure blooded ethnic groups anymore.

Everyone except maybe certain African tribes has Middle Eastern DNA.

The prehistoric migration pattern of early man has the middle east as a major crossroads.  The nomads who would eventually become Europeans, Asians, and Native Americans all spent enough time in the region to be considered natives before they headed to other parts.

But presuming ownership over DNA is a slightly odd concept.

Replacement theory argues that Modern Humans originated in Africa and spread out from there, replacing other preexisting hominid populations.

If you accept that the first place they would have gone is the Middle East, then you answer is yes.

If as I think, you mean are modern European descended from modern Middle Easterners, I'd say not for most Europeans, although there has been historical population movements and interbreeding amongst those populations so that some some will have Middle Eastern ancestry .
