Well, I assume they do what they do. But if you mean are they effective, I imagine that depends a lot of the expert, the homeowner, and the space. If you already have a nice home, there is probably a limit to how affective they are. And I think it really varies person to person. A good feng shui expert can most likely change the energy of the home and design it well. But like all holistic stuff, it also depends on how much you buy into it. If you have the money, there's no harm in giving it a try.

A good Feng Shui expert should apply classical Feng Shui, that is 8 Mansions and Flying Stars system at least. Normally, if a good analysis is done, you should see the of before and after, not only in your home, but also in your life.
